Wandsworth Guardian: Did the chopper keep you awake last night? Did the chopper keep you awake last night?

The police helicopter was out over Wandsworth last night chasing burglars, attending a fire arms incident and dealing with a man on a bridge.

The details of last night’s events are unclear at the moment and police have been contacted for comment.

At 11.40pm the helicopter was searching roofs and scaffolding in Tooting for burglars then at 12am it was in Battersea dealing with an active firearms incident.

Officers were called to deal with a man, in a house, in possession of a firearm.

More to follow.
