A 52-year-old male cyclist has been killed by a lorry in Vauxhall this morning.
The crash took place under the railway bridge, in the one-way system at 7am, in Parry Street, Vauxhall, near Nine Elms.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene and police officers believe they know who he is. Next of kin are due to be informed.
A post-mortem examination will be scheduled in due course.

The lorry stopped at the scene. No arrests have been made and enquiries are ongoing.
Police closed the road at the junction with Wandsworth Road and buses are being diverted.
South Lambeth Road has reopened, but only towards Stockwell.

London Underground are accepting bus tickets in zone one. Drivers are being advised to avoid the area.
