Police are searching for two teenagers after a boy was robbed of his money and assaulted at a bus stop.

The boy was waiting with a friend at a bus stop near the Londis store in Falcon Road, Battersea when they were approached by a boy and girl who robbed him on Wednesdatm September 28.

He then went onto the 319 bus and sat downstairs and the two teens went to sit upstairs. Once he got off the bus the 11-year-old called the police.

The girl was described as being black and wore a black quilted jacket, blue jeans and red and purple rucksack.

The boy was described as black and wore a grey baseball cap, a black jacket, black trousers and a blue bag.

Police Constable Ellie Dransfield, from Wandsworth CID, said: "This is a robbery of a schoolboy and we are keen to identify the two suspects in the CCTV footage so we can speak to them about the incident. We would also urge anyone who witnessed the incident to contact us."

Anyone with information or any witnesses are urged to call police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
