A remembrance Sunday carvery has been organised to raise money for Help for Heroes.

Sutton councillor Tony Shields will host the event at Sutton Tennis and Squash Club on Devonshire Road on Sunday November 11.

Councillor Shields said: "As you no doubt know, this charity does amazing work for wounded British servicemen and women."

Councillor Shields is what a local councillor should be. Always got the local and wider community at heart.
If only all the councillors would follow his example then Sutton would be a better place to live.....
