Displaying a mix of pop, rock and jazz, up and coming artist Anna Jo is set to launch her new EP out of a living room venue.
The 29-year-old, real name Jo Brazier, has been writing music since she was 13, and after success with a debut album produced in 2008, has professionally produced the six-track record Jackpot, set for release this month.
The Crawley-based pianist and singer has chosen Purley's intimate Dale Road Music Club, set within the confines of a family home, for the album launch She says: "I think it is a great idea - quite unusual but really personal. I had planned to perform there anyway and the timing worked perfectly."
Usually accompanied by a just guitarist, Brazier has gather a full band for an accoustic set where they plan a complete CD play through.
The venue, which only holds gigs once a month, has limited space of 40 seats so those interested need to book early.
