All girl Odd Couple at Barn Theatre Club, Walton

Unger and Madison are at it again. Florence Unger and Olive Madison, that is, in Neil Simon's hilarious contemporary comic classic: the female version of The Odd Couple.

Instead of the poker party that begins the original version, Olive has invited the girls over for an evening of Trivial Pursuit.

Late to arrive for the weekly gathering is Florence Unger. She is a stickler for detail who would try the patience of a saint, and has just become separated from her husband.

Despite her friends advising against it, Olive asks Florence to share her apartment.

Within days, Florence’s obsessive habits start taking their toll on Olive and their friends. The only remedy Olive can think of involves a pair of brothers from Barcelona and this disastrously backfires, with hilarious results.

The Odd Couple is on at the Barn Theatre, West Molesey from Wednesday, October 24, to Saturday, October 27 at 7.45pm.

Tickets cost £12 and are available to purchase from the box office on 020 8979 7363. Tickets can only be purchased by members of the Barn Theatre Club, and membership can be purchased when applying for tickets.
