You're taking the Pizza - Roundhaw Estate a no-go for Pizza Hut delivery despite persistant flyering

You're taking the Pizza - Roundhaw Estate a no-go for Pizza Hut delivery You're taking the Pizza - Roundhaw Estate a no-go for Pizza Hut delivery

Pizza lovers on the Roundshaw estate are being left out by a large pizza chain.

Pizza Hut have been handing out leaflets on the estate, but when residents call for a delivery, they are told the company are unable to deliver there.

Karl Quinn, who lives on Lancastrian Road, said: "It's not the first time it has happened. We have tried to order a few times and they keep saying they can not deliver. Well why do they deliver fliers if they can not deliver pizza?"

A spokesperson for the franchisee that operates Pizza Hut Delivery in Wallington, said:"We would like to apologise to our customers from the Roundshaw Estate for any confusion caused whilst trying to place their order. We have now clarified this issue internally and staff have been retrained.

"Our South Croydon outlet is the nearest for those residents and whilst they cannot order online, as the website does not currently facilitate online orders from that postcode. Unfortunately some of the estate is not within our delivery area and if this is the case, we will offer 40 per cent discount for collection."

just for your info 'just being honest' it isnt necessarily the tenants of these ''**** hole'' estates that are the problem/thugs, and to tar all with the same brush is not the attitude to have
