A young magician, who can suspend his mum in the air, is set to perform at a magic show to help buy a charity a minibus.

Billy Finch, 12, is a junior member of the Magic Circle and is getting ready to show off his tricks alongside elite magicians from the Surrey Society of Magicians.

Charity Age Concern Banstead is holding the magic show to raise money for a new minibus, which would bring invaluable care and assistance to elderly people in the community.

Organiser John Kenton said: "Apart from being a magician, I am a befriender for Age Concern Banstead, helping out for the last nine months and it has become apparent to me that funds are definitely required to provide a new minibus to help the aged in our community and give them a better quality of life.

"Hence this fundraising, fabulous, Evening of Magic."

Tickets, priced at £22, include a fish and chip supper with soft drinks and a glass of wine. Attendees can also bring their own drinks.
