Music idol Billy Ocean will help the Jubilee weekend go with a swing when he performs at Happy Days music festival.

Ocean, whose hits included When The Going Gets Tough, Get Outta My Dreams Get Into My Car and Love Really Hurts Without You, will perform at the festival which is now in its second year.

He will be joined by the mighty R and B singer Jocelyn Brown, who had a smash hit with Somebody Else’s Guy and Believe, and British band Soul 11 Soul who are best known for their 1989 UK chart topper and Back to Life (However Do You Want Me).

The festival features a combination of legendary artists from the 70s, 80s and 90s to create a fun feel-good factor.

British reggae singer Maxi Priest, whose cover of Cat Stevens’ Wild World catapulted him to fame as one of the top British reggae singers in the late 80s will also perform as will American singer Alexander O’Neal, who had a hit with Criticise, and Joyce Sims, whose biggest single was Come into My Life in the late 80s.

Pop rock and jazz-funk band Level 42 and acoustic soul singer Matt Woods will also entertain the crowds.

The festival, based at Imber Court in East Molesey, will also feature additional entertainment such as themed retro bars, pyrotechnics, a games area, family fun activities and an exclusive after show party featuring Heatwave for 2012.
