Top Gear fans have been overjoyed at the news that Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May are filming together again, as they prepare for their live tour.

The presenters have been spotted shooting on location in Hampshire this week, for the dates, now renamed Clarkson, Hammond And May Live, according to the Daily Mirror.

The trio have decided to press on with their live stage shows, despite having lost the rights to the name Top Gear Live, after Jeremy was let go by the BBC for his attack on producer Oisin Tymon.

The friends all had dinner at a gastro pub in Chichester on Wednesday evening.

According to Radio 2 DJ Chris Evans, the trio reunited at the Goodwood motor circuit for a meeting with Brand Events, the company behind the live shows.

Chris told Radio 2 listeners about there being “a very secret thing with James May, Jeremy Clarkson and Richard Hammond that we’re not allowed to talk about”.

“They are at Goodwood right now, in secret.”

Clarkson and May were both spotted leaving the nearby Goodwood Hotel.

A Goodwood spokesman told the Telegraph: “We don’t know where this story has come from. We don’t know anything about it. They may have met at the hotel but it is nothing to do with Goodwood or the motor circuit.”
