Rihanna is headed to the American version of The Voice.
The Diamonds singer will be a “key adviser” to all the coaches on the new series of the singing competition show, NBC entertainment chairman Robert Greenblatt announced.
Blake Shelton, Gwen Stefani, Adam Levine and Pharrell will reprise their roles as coaches.
Robert said: “We landed Rihanna to be the key adviser to all the coaches this fall. This is one of music’s true supervisors coming on board to influence the lives and careers of the performers.”
Country singer Brad Paisley would be an adviser to Blake, who – along with Maroon 5 frontman Adam – have been with the show since it began in 2011.
The ninth series of The Voice arrives on US screens on September 21.
