Britain’s Next Top Model is set to return to our screens, and its new judges have been photographed out together for the first time.

Model and Wag Abbey Clancy – who found fame on the show when she was runner-up in 2006 – will be head judge on the revamped modelling contest.

She met up with fellow panellists fashion journalist Hilary Alexander, photographer Nicky Johnston and model-turned-actor Paul Sculfor at the Cosmopolitan FashFest fashion show and party at Battersea Evolution in London.

The show – which aims to find the next British modelling star – has started filming and will be back on TV in 2016. It was revived by Lifetime after Sky axed the series – then headed up by supermodel Elle Macpherson – in 2013.

Abbey told Digital Spy: “Britain’s Next Top Model is a show very close to my heart as it’s where I started my career so I am thrilled to be returning as head judge.

“We have an incredible team working on this series and I can’t wait to bring my own spin to the show.

“Lifetime viewers should expect more drama and style than ever before, and the girls better be ready to bring their A game!”

The show’s US cousin America’s Next Top Model, hosted by Tyra Banks, has had continued success and is now in its 22nd season. The 21st cycle, which featured male and female models, was won by former football player Keith Carlos – the first ever male winner.
