Bryce Dallas Howard has revealed what she most wants in the Jurassic World sequel – flat shoes.

In this summer’s blockbuster, Bryce can be see running from dinosaurs and through jungles in high heels and she is set to return to Isla Nublar alongside co-star Chris Pratt for a second outing.

Speaking on the red carpet at the Los Angeles Philharmonic’s opening night gala at the Walt Disney Concert Hall, the redhead said it is the one thing she hopes for from the sequel.

“I would love a pair of good flats,” she said. “Although I love heels too!”

She added that the Jurassic World cast spent much of their downtime enjoying musical flashbacks to the original movie.

“We were basically humming the tune to the John Williams score from Jurassic Park the whole time we were on set – there is nothing better.”

Bryce revealed she was not a musical child and the memory still haunts her.

She said: “I had a really bad piano recital experience as a kid once. I really bombed it and my mum was very serious about me staying to watch all of my peers, which was definitely the right decision, but the whole night was in slow motion after I bombed.”

She added: “Music is huge for me, a lot of actors love to listen to music as they are starting to get into a certain frame of mind or emotion and it proves how transportive music is, that instantly it can take someone to incredible heights or tragic lows. Music is something that hits our hearts in a very particular way, at least it is for me.”

The Jurassic World sequel is expected in cinemas in the summer of 2018.
