Jessie J donned a revealing gown split to the thigh as she sang for "the most beautiful group of people" at the Cannes Film Festival.

The Voice Coach - in a dramatic animal-print dress - performed her hit song Price Tag at the amfAR Cinema Against Aids gala at the exclusive Hotel Du Cap.

She told Twitter followers ahead of the gig: "Now to sing to the most beautiful group of people I've ever seen. Woah! Let's raise some money for charity."

But Jessie didn't get to dance until dawn after the event, telling fans: "I can hear the after party music :( BUT I gotta be up EARLY so its bedtime for me. Thank you for having me #amfar #cannes Goodnight."

Also attending the glitzy black tie auction were Janet Jackson, Alec Baldwin, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Kylie Minogue, Gerard Butler and Kim Kardashian.

Heidi Klum offered a massage, Diane Kruger donated the services of her boyfriend Joshua Jackson, Vampire Diaries starlet Nina Dobrev said she'd willingly bite a bidder and Chris Tucker did a mini Michael Jackson dance routine to get people opening their wallets at the event.

Models also strutted on a catwalk between dining tables to show off 24 outfits, selected by former Vogue editor Carine Roitfeld to create the Perfect Black Wardrobe.

Kim opted for a bright yellow Elie Saab gown - also with a thigh-split - and tweeted: "Glam & clothes are on another level tonight!"

Meanwhile pop princess Kylie, in Cannes to promote her new film Holy Motors, wore a stunning red dress with sheer panels.

When the final hammer slammed down at the end of the night, the celebrity sales people had reached a total of nearly 11 million dollars.
