We’re two episodes in to the brand new series of Made in Chelsea, and there have already been more dramatic run-ins than there are hats in Proudlock’s wardrobe. Nicola meets Binky. Nicola says Binky is “too nice”. Alex stands around awkwardly. Steph calls Lauren and Spencer “smug”. Steph says that living with Josh is making her sad. Are you keeping up? Or are you just as confused as us?

Here are seven very important questions we were asking ourselves after Monday night’s drama-filled episode of Made in Chelsea.

1. Is it okay that we kind of maybe a little bit hope that Alex cheats on his ultra-smug new girlfriend?
…Just because she so obviously thinks she’s better than our beloved Binks.

2. Do any of these new girls have one face?
Lauren says that Binky is “notoriously not clever” in one scene. In the next, she’s all nicey-nicey over lunch. It’s almost as if she’s forgotten the cameras are rolling and we can see her every sneaky move.

3. Why is Josh such a control freak and would it help if we went and messed up his totally pristine flat?
You know, as a form of adjustment therapy.

4. Why did Spencer suddenly have a blonde streak in his hair?
And why did no one acknowledge this?

5. Is being nice to your ex’s new girlfriend such a crime?
According to Nicola, Binky would have been better off throwing side-eye and talking trash about her dodgy 80s beauty Queen hairdo, as her civil approach was too “fake”. If Binks was “too nice”, the whole of Twitter seem to have fired shots on her behalf.

6. But seriously, is Mark Francis looking for a new BFFL?
Because he has a whole lot of ladies on Twitter who are DYING to be his bezzie.

7. And most importantly, WHERE THE HELL WAS LUCY WATSON?
The eye-rolling, side-eye-giving, heavy-sighing, sarcastic Queen of Chelsea was absent from ANOTHER episode of the new series. WHERE IS LUCY? And what mischief has she been up to?
