Beer lovers limbering up for Wandsworth Common Halloween Beer Festival
Beer lovers will be licking their lips in anticipation of this week's Wandsworth Common Halloween Beer Festival.
The much-loved festival is returning for its fifth year this week and will run from October 25 to 27 at the spooky and aptly-named Le Gothique, in the Royal Victoria Patriotic Building, next to the common.
The event will feature more than 100 beers, as well as a selection of ciders, from around the UK including the special 666 ale collaboration between Shepherd Neame and Le Gothique.
Thousands of visitors are expected to attend the festival which attracts a generally younger crowd than its older brother the Battersea Beer Festival.
Tickets are £4 on the door, £3 for CAMRA members, and there is a special all-you-can-drink preview event on the October 24 (£25).
