Fitness junkies take on gruelling Men's Health Survival of the Fittest race around Battersea Power Station
Fitness junkies waded through mud, fought through ice pools and scaled hay bales as part of a gruelling race.
The Men's Health Survival of the Fittest race saw runners take on the challenge on the grounds of Battersea Power Station on Saturday.
About 350 people took part in the 10k race, which included a route under Chelsea Bridge, past the peace pagoda in Battersea Park and parts of the interior of the station.
This year the race featured a survival by night option, with runners also tackling a 5k floodlit course after dark.
The course was littered with obstacles, forcing runners to crawl, duck and immerse themselves in sludge to complete the race.
