A 39-year-old woman injured her back and was taken to hospital as a priority following a crash involving a moped.
Ambulance crews were called to the incident in Latchmere Road, Battersea, at about 9am this morning.
The woman was treated at the scene and taken to St George's Hospital as a priority.
A man in his 40s was also sent to Chelsea and Westminster Hospital.
It is believed the collision involved a moped and a pedestrian.
Parts of Battersea Park Road have been closed, causing traffic to tailback in York Road, Falcon Road and Battersea High Street.
Bus routes 44 and 344 are also on diversion.
