Post offices in Lavender Hill and Clapham High Street stay open for Christmas
Post offices across the borough are staying open for longer in the run up to Christmas.
Battersea Post Office, in Lavender Hill, and Clapham Post Office, in Clapham High Street will be open from 8.30am-6pm, starting next Monday.
On Saturdays the branches are opening from 9am-12.30pm, which will be an extra 22 hours in the build-up to Christmas.
Andrew Thompson, Post Office regional manager for London, said: "Christmas is an extremely busy time for many people.
"We want to make this Christmas special and as stress free as possible for all our customers by offering longer opening hours at these South London branches."
