The head of a charity which supports children with special needs has been awarded an MBE.
Anita Coppola, head of service for Small Steps, was presented with the accolade by Prince Charles for services to special education.
The charity, based in Roehampton Lane, Roehampton, supports pre school children with disabilities and their parents.
Children attending Small Steps sessions have cerebal palsy, other forms of motor impairment, syndromes or sensory impairment.
It is completely funded through grants, donations and fundraising.
