Man charged with murder two months after Putney Bridge
A man has been charged with the murder of a pensioner outside Putney Bridge station in October.
Frederic Andre Russell, 27, of no fixed address, has been charged with the murder of Colin Hammond in Fulham High Street, on October 25.
Mr Hammond, 65, was found with stab wounds close to Putney Bridge just before 7pm.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Mr Russell appeared at Hammersmith Magistrates' Court on Friday (December 28) and was remanded in custody to next appear at the Old Bailey on January 2, 2013.
