Pregnant teenager Skye Broom facing jail after race-fuelled beating
A pregnant teenager could be jailed after admitting carrying out a racist attack.
Skye Broom, 18, of Solna Avenue, Putney, pleaded guilty to assault by beating, as well as to hurling abuse at another person and racially aggravated violence.
The teenager is accused of two attacks taking place on September 12 last year.
Wimbledon Magistrates Court on Friday heard the teenager, who is five months pregnant carried out the attacks when she was 17 years old.
Miss Broom, who was granted legal aid, was due to be sentenced but failed to turn up for meetings with probation.
Magistrates adjourned the case to prepare a pre-sentence report for sentencing on March 1 at Wimbledon Magistrates Court.
She was granted conditional bail and must not enter a property in Carmicheal Close, Battersea.
