A man has been charged with the murder of a teenager found stabbed to death in a stairwell. Peter Hagan, 16, was attacked in the ground floor stairwell of Albon House in Neville Gill Close, Wandsworth, in the early hours of Sunday morning. London Ambulance were called to the address at 1.30am, but the teen who was from Stockwell, was confirmed dead at the scene. Romell Martin of Fairgreen Road, Thornton Heath, has been charged with Mr Hagan's murder. The 21-year-old will appear in custody at Westminster Magistrates' Court tomorrow.
