A blue plaque in tribute of composer, songwriter and entertainer Donald Swann has been unveiled.
The plaque, located in Albert Bridge Road, Battersea, is the first organised by The Battersea Society.
Mr Swann's wife, Alison Swann and daughter officially unveiled the tribute on Saturday.
The entertainer was best known as half of the comedy duo Flanders and Swann, working alongside Michael Flanders.
He lived in Princes Wales Drive, Battersea, and Albert Bridge Road, Battersea.
Mr Flanders regularly ridiculed his partner for living in Battersea during his stand-up routine.
Mr Swann died on March 23, 1994 in Trinity Hospice.
