Restaurateur Abdul Mubin and his two brothers Abdul Milad and Abdul Mukith, are celebrating nomination of their two curry houses for a third year in a row in the British Curry Awards.

Indian Room and Indian Moment, in Balham and Clapham Junction, have been nominated in the London Suburbs category at this year’s British Curry Awards in November.

The British Curry Awards is an annual televised event which has previously been attended by the likes of David Cameron, Heston Blumenthal and Trevor Macdonald.

Combining both traditional and contemporary ingredients, the two establishments have earned rave reviews for their use of organic produce and unprocessed spices.

Having only just missed out on the top spot to celebrity hangout, "Chak89" in nearby Mitcham last year, the brothers are determined that this year, they will win first prize in the London Suburbs category.

The British Curry Awards final is on November 25
