Alternative Christmas fun comes in the form of two filthy puppets this year at Theatre503 in Battersea.
Puppets Boris and Sergey are fresh from a sell-out tour of the Edinburgh Fringe where they got eight five-star reviews for their improvised crossover cabaret featuring Bunraku puppetry and character comedy.
These puppets are a riotous pair who aim to entertain discerning adults.
The show is presented by Flabbergast Theatre, which was set up to make exciting, sweaty physical theatre and break the preconception that puppetry is just for children.
Boris and Sergey’s Vaudevillian Xmas Adventure Devised by Flabbergast Theatre; Theatre503, Battersea Park Road; December 10 - January 11; £12, pay what you can on Sundays; visit theatre503.com or call 020 7978 7040.
