This is not a typical scene one might expect to see in an inner London borough, but at Nightingale School they do things slightly differently.
Budding gardeners were at the school's farm on Saturday to swap unwanted seeds and were greeted by livestock including sheep, pigs and chickens.
Established by the Tooting-based special school, which deals with children with behavioural problems, and the parents of Tom ap Rhys Pryce, killed in 2006 by a former alumni, the farm is aiming to support more community events.
Guests were able to exchange ideas for planting for the year, and swap unwanted seeds.
