A permanent home for the Wandsworth Town Post Office has been found.
The Wandsworth Crown branch has been operating from two sites in Wandsworth High Street and Southside Shopping Centre since July last year.
It is hoped the two temporary services will be able to come together at a permanent home in Wandsworth High Street.
Plans were previously in place to move the premises to Buckhold Road, Wandsworth, from Arndale Walk, Wandsworth, but it fell through at the last minute.
Services would be offered through longer opening hours, with seven counter positions, self-service kiosks and a dedicated mail acceptance point.
An entrance will be created at Wandsworth High Street, with another backing onto Ram Street.
A six week public consultation will run from February 5 to March 19.
