The Duchess of Cornwall met staff and patients at a hospice in Clapham this week.
Trinity Hospice, in Clapham Common North Side, welcomed Camilla on Wednesday.
The duchess, a royal patron of the hospice since 2006, was shown around by chief executive Dallas Pounds and chairman Derek Wyatt.
She visited the hospice's outpatient centre Mulberry Place and a new physiotherapy gym, before returning to the inpatient centre she herself opened in 2009.
She then met with hospice volunteers and discussed their work, which ranges from hosting fundraising events, running the on site cafe, working in the hospice's 23 charity shops and supporting patients both at home and in the hospice.
Her trip concluded with a meeting with young supporters taking part in the hospice's popular Easter Chick knitting campaign.

Dallas Pounds said: “It was an absolute pleasure to welcome HRH The Duchess of Cornwall to Trinity and show her how Trinity continues to make a real difference to terminally ill people in central and south west London.
"We are delighted to have such a fantastic royal patron who was so engaging and interested in all aspects of Trinity’s work during the visit.
"From everyone at Trinity, I would like to say a big thank you to her for her continued support.”
