Demolition starts on iconic QVC studios Marco Polo House in Battersea
Builders have started knocking down an iconic 1980s building which once housed the QVC TV studio.

The postmodernist building, Marco Polo House, in Queenstown Road, Battersea, is being knocked down to make way for 456 flats, 1,300 square metres of commercial space, 213 parking spaces and 607 cycle spaces.
The building was designed by architect Ian Pollard and was built in 1987.
