  • "They are RIGHT to protest police brutality and malfeasance as we all are - where were the voice for Mark Duggan??? Where the BC (to use a Jamaican diss word) were they with their big mouths then?

But why oh why were the cops called in the first place? People are too ready to call them on the slightest affray and it's simply slave mentality to expect the 'authorities' to resolve any dispute fairly as none abide by The Law. Listen to her! "my brother suffered a mental illness (suprise suprise) but didn't always take his medication' It is the ''medication' which is responsible for lunatic behaviours - especially when withdrawn and if this woman really wants to do something for exclusively BLACK skinned humans (they never want to help poor whites who campaigned for 'equal rights') then she should look into WHY most diagnosis of 'schizophrenia' are blacks and why blacks enable their 'loved ones' to be abused by this system run by The Medica Mafia.

Another aspect is the amount of black on white crimes with the usual disgusting violence. Who is encouraging this? Blacks and whites are so pitifully pignorant of the cause and prevalence of slavery throughout history that it is easy for the jewsual culprits to 'headjucate' them into the huge lie that 'whitey' was responsible, is responsible for all their woes, their lack of intelligence, their lack of cohesion and compassion.

Just hope the sheople won't be treated to another nauseating and dangerous circus as in the 'Stephen Lawrence' debacle because they always turn their crimes to advantage against the public (whites mainly).Of course the cops appear to be culpable of murder and anyone who has murdered should be brought to LAW. That empties all of Parliament, all of the military/cops, all of the medical militias out and and end to 'unemployment' as there are hundreds of thousands of posts to be filled by the sane and able among us.

It's not difficult to find out what is in these medications and why they are so hideously dangerous to the victim and THEIR victims who have to tolerate living among these lunatics. I'm talking IPPC, Parliament, Israel (same thing).

Was the Springfield Hospital really just another suicide? Suicide and 'death by misadventure' (i.e. calling the cops for help and getting murdered) are convenient covers for organised or incidental murders. Take a look at The State of The States, with cops killing little dogs, shooting up defenceless innocent people as part of the days' work and then reflect on the American Embassy being built in Battersea, no doubt linked to the 'London Riots' as an announcement of a taste of things to come."

A police officer involved in the restraint of Sean Rigg, who later died in custody, has resigned ahead of a disciplinary investigation.

Mr Rigg’s family are now calling on the Metropolitan Police Commissioner to withdraw acceptance of PC Andrew Birks resignation.

Wandsworth Guardian:

Sean Rigg died at the age of 40

Mr Rigg, 40, a musician from Tooting, died in Brixton police station in August 2008 following prolonged police restraint during which PC Birks was the senior arresting officer.

Mr Rigg suffered from schizophrenia and had been arrested for attacking passers-by in Balham.

His sister, Marcia Rigg-Samuel, from Tooting, said her family were livid after hearing the news.

She said: “There is no doubt in our minds that this decision by PC Birks was taken to avoid the risk of him being held accountable for his conduct towards Sean and acquiring a disciplinary record, possibly for gross misconduct.

“It was wrong for the commissioner, Sir Bernard Hogan Howe, to accept his resignation. He was wholly aware of the position PC Birks was in.

Marcia during a protest in 2012: “I’ve not written a speech because I can just speak from my heart.”

“The delays in this case, the failure to suspend officers and this resignation of PC Birks, if it does take effect on 1 June 2014, are outrageous and destroy public confidence in the police complaints system.

“It is almost six years since Sean's death, and almost two years since the inquest and the jury's damning verdict.  Our family should not be denied justice and accountability any longer.”

In August 2012, the jury at the inquest into Sean Rigg’s death heavily criticised the actions of the police and the unsuitable use of restraint.

Since then, an independent review criticised the original IPCC investigation and the IPCC made the decision to re-open the disciplinary and criminal investigations into Mr Rigg’s death.

In April 2014, PC Birks together with the other officers involved signed a consent order agreeing to an IPCC disciplinary re-investigation.

However the resignation of PC Birks was tendered and accepted before the IPCC were able to serve him with notices under the misconduct regulations.

Mr Rigg’s family have written to the commissioner asking him to immediately withdraw his acceptance and have called on the IPCC to take action.

The family hope the decision is reversed but if not they are considering taking court action.
