Dozens of young people who gave up their time for volunteering projects have been recognised by the University of Roehampton.

72 students who ran groups, coaching sessions and support services in Battersea, Southfields, Roehampton were presented with awards at an celebration on Wednesday, May 28.

The event was hosted by Professor Paul O’Prey, vice-chancellor of the University, who said: "The successes we have seen at these awards are a great example of how the University and the community together can play a key role in developing caring and responsible young people."
