Ladies lost 77 stone and donated more than £1,000 to a sick youngster from Mitcham.
Slimming World members in Putney and Raynes Park donated the hard earned cash to Louie Bull, who has a rare genetic muscle wasting condition that means he has to be monitored 24 hours-a-day to make sure he is breathing properly.
Only a handful of youngsters in the UK are known to have the rare and life limiting condition, Spinal Muscular Atrophy with Respiratory Distress (SMARD.)
Slimming World members were sponsored to lose weight as part of an annual charity boost which raised £1050 for the youngster’s trip to Disneyland.
The family is hoping to raise £4,000 for mum Natalie McDougall, of Hilary Avenue, and Louie's dad Reece Bull to take the brave youngster to Disneyland for the trip of a lifetime.
