As the country marks the centenary of the start of the First World War and the 70th anniversary of the D-Day landings, a celebration of Armed Forces Day will take place in Battersea Park.
Free to attend, demonstrations, information stalls provided by the London Regiment, Army and Sea Cadets and the Royal British Legion, plus a funfair and live music will be on offer by the bandstand on Sunday from noon to 4.30pm.
Wandsworth is home to Army Reserve soldiers from the London Regiment based in Clapham Junction and Balham, and the Royal Marine Reserves based in Southfields.
