Two men were injured during a fight involving a bladed weapon and a stick.

One man sustained a stab wound to his hand and another received a torso wound during a fight between a group of men in Kellino Street, Tooting, on the evening of Sunday, June 29.

A Metropolitan Police spokeswoman said: “Officers attended and we arrested six men between the ages of 17 and 31 for a variety of offences including affray, assault and robbery.

“They were taken into police custody and later bailed.”

A spokesperson for the London Ambulance Service said: “We were called at around 9.50pm on the evening of June 29 to reports of an assault on Kellino Street near Tooting.

“We sent an ambulance crew to the scene and we treated a man, reported to be in his twenties, for a back wound. He was taken to St George’s in Tooting.”
