An orchestra for young people has been performing to crowds at the Wimbledon tennis championships.
On Tuesday, July 1, the 75-strong Wandsworth Pops Orchestra opened the eighth day of the championships.
They entertained tennis fans for two hours from the Tea Lawn outside Centre Court.
The council’s schools and children’s services spokesperson, Councillor Kathy Tracey, said: “I’m so proud of these young people - playing at Wimbledon will be an experience they are unlikely to forget.”
