Stunning images reveal a glossy new apartment in Battersea Power Station.
Photographs of ‘The Power House’, built next to the iconic chimneys, show the inside of a glass two-bedroom apartment on the eastern side of the iconic power station.
The 1940s inspired apartment is built high on the corner of the power station and has views stretching right across the River Thames and the rest of the capital.
Most of the 254 apartments that went on sale in this phase of development have been sold. Only a handful, starting at £980,000, are still available.
Specialist cranes were brought in from across the country to build the glass structure.
Rob Tincknell, chief executive officer of Battersea Power Station Development Company, said: “Building such an incredible space in such a short period has been an exciting process for the whole team.
"Being able to bring our plans to life was the priority and the result has exceeded our expectations. Being at this height overlooking the chimneys unlocks a whole new perspective on London.”
