A man is fighting for his life after being stabbed outside Clapham North tube station.

Police were called by the London Ambulance Service just after 4am this morning, to an injured man outside the station, in Bedford Road.

The man, understood to be in his thirties, was taken to hospital with a serious knife wound.

The injury is being treated as life threatening. There have been no arrests and enquiries continue. Lambeth police officers are investigating.
