A traditional circus with a French flavour was enjoyed by families under the Big Top last week.
Santus Circus returned to Putney Lower Common, Lower Richmond Road, to showcase hand-balancing, unicycling and acrobatics.
The two-hour performances, which ran from Wednesday, September 10, to Sunday, September 14, also included flying trapeze, high wire, knife-throwing and juggling.
The circus was presented by brothers Ernest and Roger Santus, who are the eighth generation of the Santus family to excel in the circus arts.
