Police officers were threatened with a knife on a Battersea estate last night.
Police sergeant Nathan Shickle said on Twitter the officers were responding to a call on the Surrey Lane Estate yesterday when they were confronted by a female threatening them with a knife.
They requested back-up from officers with Tasers who went to the estate to support officers but were not needed.
Sgt Shickle said a suspect was detained.
A request has been made for a comment from the Metropolitan Police.
