The jury was unable to reach a verdict on one further count of harassment against PC Kamal, of Bramfield Road, Wandsworth.
PC Kamal, who until his arrest worked out of Wimbledon police station, will be appearing at the Old Bailey on January 26 next year for a re-trial.
He has been suspended on full pay until the hearing originally earmarked for October 9.
The alleged offences occurred while he was off-duty.
A police spokesman said once criminal proceedings were concluded, the force would be able to complete its misconduct process.
