A teenager has been given a youth rehabilitation order after pleading guilty to carrying a knife in his school and at Southside shopping centre.
The 14-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, took a knife to a Battersea school in February last year.
He then took a knife to Southside shopping centre in October and threatened to kill an officer.
He was also found guilty of assaulting a girl in East London on another occasion.
He was found guilty of destroying a man's television in a Streatham care home, setting fire to a fence panel, bathroom mat, curtain and sideboard at the same care home on the same day.
He had denied the charges but was found guilty during a hearing at Wimbledon Youth Court on February 8.
The boy must participate in extended activity for 91 days and be supervised at appointments for 18 months.
He has to pay a £15 victim surcharge.
