High Wycombe Bus Station
About 10-years-old and the town centre’s transport hub is already looking slightly worse for wear, in the BFP’s opinion.
With mould seen on the exterior walls, what impression does this give to tourists and visiting shoppers?
High Wycombe flyover
There have been talks of demolishing the town centre road.
Love it or hate it, the design of the district’s hospital remains a big talking point. It is one of the most eye-catching buildings when you look across the town’s landscape, but not necessarily for the right reasons.
Chilterns Shopping Centre
Once a thriving area, it is a council priority to be improved.
The Rye café
Set in one of the town’s popular beauty spots, is this what people want?
Wycombe Swan car park
In recent months residents have complained about the “disgusting” and smelly conditions inside, despite extra council cleaning teams work being utilised.
As the entrance to our High Street and theatre, is this multi-storey good enough for the town?
Eden Shopping Centre Tesco
Original building was kept as part of large development.
What does the future hold for Wycombe?
At the end of 2015, Wycombe District Council announced planned community projects which would hopefully make the town a more attractive place to visit.
Having been asked to set out a range of prioritised projects, the High Wycombe Town Committee decided on a list of 15.
