David Middleton
A homeless man who is known to visit Tooting often is missing from Charing Cross Hospital.
David Middleton, 53, was last seen at the hospital at 4pm on Friday, May 20.
He is known to visit Tooting Broadway, Tooting Bec and the Tooting Common areas regularly.
He is a white man, 5ft 8in tall, of slim build and short dark hair.
When he was last seen he was wearing a baseball cap, brown jacket, cream shirt, trousers and trainers.
Mr Middleton is homeless and has anxiety and depression. Police are concerned for his mental wellbeing.
