Latchmere Recreation Ground is in line for a £65,000 cash injection and residents are being asked for their ideas on how the money should be spent.
The investment in the Battersea ground is being provided by housing developers as part of funding required by planning law for the community.
Enable, the contractors for the small neighbourhood park, have commissioned a survey to gather ideas.
Community services spokesman Cllr Jonathan Cook said: “Latchmere Rec is a little gem in the heart of Battersea that is well loved by local families.
“It has a children’s playground and is a good place to relax and enjoy the fresh air. Now there is money available to improve it and we want to hear how local people think this money would best be spent.”
The consultation is open until August 7 and is available online at http://enablelc.org/parkssurvey.
