Police have released an e-fit image of a suspect after a woman was raped in Tooting.
The woman in her 20s was attacked by a man as she approached her car in Lucien Road shortly after midnight on September 21.
The man forced the woman into a property before raping her and then fleeing the scene.
The suspect is described as a man of Asian appearance with a thin moustache, aged between 20 and 25, around 5ft 7ins and slim.
He was wearing glasses, a red hooded top and light tracksuit bottoms at the time of the attack.
Detective Inspector Andrew Wadey, from the sexual offences command, said: "I am appealing directly to anyone who may recognise the man in this e-fit to get in touch and tell us who he may be.
“The e-fit is extremely clear and I am certain that someone will know him; he may even be someone close to you.
"This was a terrifying attack on a lone woman and it is really important that we catch him as soon as possible."
Police have obtained a DNA profile of the man, which they say will help them quickly verify or eliminate potential suspects.
No arrests have been made and inquiries continue.
Anyone who recognises the man or who has information should call detectives on 020 8721 4251, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
