Wandsworth has honoured those who gave their lives in service of their country this Remembrance Sunday.

Two services were held in the borough, one at St Mary’s Church in Battersea Church Road and at St Mary’s Church in Putney High Street, on Sunday, November 13.

Parades were also held in Battersea and Putney, which were joined by veterans and representatives from the Royal British Legion, the Burma Star Association, the Royal Naval Association and the Scouts.

Sea Cadets and Royal Marine Cadets from Tooting and Balham Sea Cadets took part in a service at St Mary's Church, Summerstown. 

Two services were also held to mark Armistice Day on Friday, November 11, in Battersea Park and at Wandsworth Town Hall.
