A motorcylist has been seriously injured in a crash between a motorbike and a car in Putney.
The rider of the bike, a man in his early sixties, was taken to a south London hospital in a critical conditon.
The crash happened very near to Queen Mary's Hospital and police were called by London Ambulance Service at 9.20am this morning to Roehampton Lane.
The crash resulted in full road closures on the Roehampton Lane junction with Upper Richmond Road and Clarence Lane, which reopened at approximately 1pm.
Wandsworth Police reported the crash on Twitter at approximately 10am.

The driver of the car stopped at the scene.
No arrests have been made at this time.
Next of kin have not been informed.
This is the second motorcycle accident in the area in the last six months, with a rider dying from a crash in August.
