A man has been charged following reports of gunfire in Fetcham.
Clive Desmond Robinson, 60, from Malborough Road, Dorking, is accused of firing an air gun in Shamrock Close in August.
He faces two counts of possessing a firearm when prohibited for life, possessing an air weapon in a public place, and possessing a bladed or sharp article in a public place.
Mr Robinson has been bailed to appear at Redhill Magistrates Court on Monday, March 20.
Officers from the Mole Valley Area Policing Team were called after members of the public reported gunfire at about 11pm on Saturday, August 27.
A man was arrested a short time later and released on bail while an investigation was carried out.
