Following a sunny day yesterday people across the capital and north Surrey face the possibility of miserable weather as heavy scattered showers and strong winds is expected across the region.
The Met Office said today would start off bright in eastern areas before clouds thicken and bring rain that will affect most parts of London.
It will again turn brighter this afternoon with a possibility of scattered heavy showers, some thunder and hail. Strong winds that decrease in strength will accompany the wet weather.
The Maximum temperature is expected be about 10C.
Tonight most parts will become dry, although rain will return to some areas from about midnight and will continue through the night.
There is also a chance of frost where it remains dry as temperatures will drop to about 2C.
